This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly experienced project manager to take on technically complex projects across a variety of sectors including life sciences, healthcare, automotive, heritage, education and R&D.Key Responsibilities:Provide overall management and leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams on challenging construction projects from inception through to completionEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standardsWork closely with clients to understand their requirements and objectivesCoordinate and manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders throughout projectsPrepare reports and presentations to update clients and internal teams on project statusMaintain thorough knowledge of construction regulations, legislation and best practicesRequirements:Minimum 8 years' experience managing large-scale and complex construction projects within a consultancy environmentExtensive experience with NEC contracts essentialStrong technical background with the ability to understand and manage multifaceted projectsExcellent client-facing skills with the ability to develop strong relationshipsMotivated leader capable of managing multi-disciplinary teamsDegree qualified in a relevant construction discipline They offer a highly competitive salary package along with excellent benefits and opportunities for training and career development.
