Senior Project Manager

One of the leading Main Contractors based in the Surrey region with a turnover of �60 million are seeking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to run some of their legacy projects within Education, Residential, Heritage and Public Sector.�

Duties include

• Programming


• Planning


• Client Liaison


• Sub-Contractor Management


• Managing a team


• Delivery of the Project on time and in budget

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years experience working for a Main Contractor within New Build Residential, Refurbishment and Interiors.They must have been a No.1 on site and be able to lead the Project from inception to delivery.�

Must have a CSCS, SMSTS& First Aid�
