What are we looking for?
We’re excited to be expanding our project management team within our Marketing & Creative Services department. The team works across a number of clients and industries delivering a wide range of projects from short turn around studio projects through to large multi-channel campaigns.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in working in a fast paced production studio as well as delivering successful integrated projects in an agency environment. This role includes balancing all aspects of project delivery (scoping, resourcing, quality assurance, timelines and budget) while ensuring clear communication across the project team, account teams and clients.
You will report to the Project Director and work closely with the Creative Director and Head of Delivery to understand the key skills needed to meet client briefs. Your main responsibilities will include independently managing and coordinating projects. This involves working with account teams and clients to lead on requirements gathering and definition, document scopes of work, manage timelines, setting the project approach and produce budgets that cover various skillsets. Additionally, you will proactively collaborate with account teams and clients to identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and own end to end delivery of projects – both large and small Ensure that projects are being delivered on time and to budget Identify resources required to deliver the project, working with the project management team to book required creative/ production project members Take responsibility for overall quality of project deliverables and organise appropriate quality control checks, ensuring that client standards, processes and brand guidelines are met Ensure all stakeholders and members of project team are aware of their own roles and responsibilities and kept informed and regularly updated on project progress Revenue reporting to the Head of Delivery and the finance team Build relationships across the agency, educating on project management best practices and assist in identifying solutions and generate project opportunities
Skills: Proven track record managing all aspects of project delivery Understanding of creative and marketing practices Strong communication across all levels of the organisational chain and relationship building skills The ability to work under pressure and multi-task efficiently Manage budgets and timelines effectively Cast and host project team meetings and status updates Ability to identify opportunities and proactively identify and solve issues that may arise Basic understanding of Adobe suite; photoshop, illustrator and InDesign
Experience: Ideally, you will have had a minimum of five years agency experience and worked closely with designers, animators & developers previously. Exposure to conceptual development, branding, digital, print, animation and art working is desirable. Benefits include but not limited to:
