SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - ASSOCIATEUP TO £75,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE + PACKAGELONDONCapstone are working with a forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager to Associate Project Manager to support their growth across the London region. This vital role is designed to enhance the team and contribute to the delivery of a variety of exciting, innovative projects while nurturing their existing client base.In this role, you will collaborate directly with Senior Management team, receiving encouragement, support, and trust to engage in business development. Your work will involve managing a diverse portfolio of projects, including city centre high-rise façade remediation works, new build retail and industrial units, Cat A & Cat B office fitouts, high-end residential amenity space fitouts, and complex lab fitouts.Main responsibilities:End-to-end project management of small and large commercial refurbishment projects including reports, tenders/bids and liaising with internal and external contractorsAct as the face of the company and contribute to the growth of our project management team across various sectorsTake the lead on refurbishment and fit out project, varying in complexity, focussing on commercial office and retail sectorsLine manage and mentor junior surveyors and contribute to the direction of the Project Management offering across the regionIntegrate and work closely with existing Associates and Director leads to facilitate exceptional product deliverySupport the continued growth and development of a strong, dynamic team within the London region on a social and professional levelManage a lucrative existing client base, build and maintain client relationshipsSupport with business development through attending events, meetings and other networking opportunitiesKey RequirementsExperienced managing Project Management instructions across a variety of commercial sectors including office and retailProject Manager or Building Surveyor background, experienced with refurbishment and fit-out instructionsMRICS, APM, or desire to work towards in the futureDynamic, forward-thinking, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to take ownership of your workAble to take the lead on Project Management instructions, client-facing and capable of hitting the ground runningClient facing and able to manage relationships effectivelyReach out to ##### or 07897069599 to find out more!
