The project involves the development of a state-of-the-art laboratory, requiring a candidate with a proven track record in delivering complex laboratory or healthcare projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success.Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on laboratory or healthcare projects.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary of £110,000 per annum.Car allowance of £6,500.Comprehensive travel expenses covered.Generous pension scheme.Family private healthcare.25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a high-profile project.
