To achieve our ambitious growth goals in the coming years, being able to improve and adapt to change is one of the most important aspects of our success. /p p br /p p Reporting to the CIO / IT Director, the Senior Project Manager (Back Office) will be responsible for leading the delivery of HR, Finance and Procurement scalable solutions to meet business requirements. /p p br /p p The role requires the ability to lead colleagues (technology and business) and selected 3rd parties to deliver approved projects on time and within budget to agreed scope. /p p The successful candidate should have prior experience of implementing ERP solutions with specific emphasis on Finance, Procurement and HR and Payroll and integrations with other solutions. /p p br /p p strong What we’re looking for /strong /p p br /p ul li Minimum of 5 years project management experience in ERP solutions implementations. /li li Proven experience of business case development to support project prioritization. /li li Managing agreed technology solution projects from conception to delivery. /li li Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar industry, but more importantly with a background in Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll. /li li Experience with real-time integration to other systems (front and back office). /li li Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services. /li li Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. /li li Strong leadership abilities, with gravitas and a proactive approach to decision making. /li li Experience of finance systems optimization. /li li Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse implementation team. /li li Proven experience of working closely and successfully with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions which meet business requirements. /li li Management and reporting of project budgets. /li li Management of 3rd party technology partners to deliver functional development and projects. /li /ul p br /p p strong Technical Knowledge /strong /p p br /p p Project management qualification (Prince 2 or PMI) – preferred /p p Knowledge of managing business system project implementations /p p br /p p br /p p br /p p Conexus MedStaff provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, colour, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. /p p This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training. /p
