They are are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to drive their CMMC compliance initiative. The ideal candidate will lead the business transformation workstream to implement the compliance (regulatory requirements) into processes and support people adopting the new ways of working.
Essentials- Project Management Expertise: Over a decade of experience in managing projects and programs.
- Change Management/Business Transformation: Extensive experience in leading business transformations, with a focus on process management and people adoption.
- Compliance: Skilled in managing compliance projects and understanding their effects on business processes and policies.
- Engineering/Manufacturing Background: Experience working in engineering and manufacturing settings.
- IT Collaboration: Some experience working alongside IT teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for critical thinking and finding solutions.
- Process Improvement: Proven track record in process improvement and policy implementation.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of building strong relationships and working effectively with diverse teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing situations, develop contingency plans, and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee Business Transformation Projects: Lead the implementation of US regulations globally through business transformation activities.
- Create and Manage Project Plans: Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure compliance with DFARS and CMMC.
- Track and Resolve Project Issues: Monitor project progress, identify potential problems, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with Key Team Members: Partner with a Business Analyst, technical writer, DFARS and CMMC advisors, and business stakeholders to map out new processes affected by these regulations.
- Ensure Alignment with ERP Team: Work closely with the ERP team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and avoid duplication in business transformation efforts.
- Engage with Various Departments: Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, project management, sales, procurement, IT, cybersecurity, and legal departments.
- Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Prepare and update project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Align with Program Objectives: Collaborate with the Program Lead and other workstreams to ensure project goals align with the overall CMMC program objectives.
