This Main contractor operate across the commercial, education, health, industrial, leisure and retail sector, but are making a significant impact in the Life Science sector. With an annual turnover of over �750million this contractor is rapidly growing.

About the Senior Project Manager role

This client is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager who is up & coming and looking to progress and develop in their career. This project is a �160million+ project, RC Frame structure.

Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager

• To be able to lead a project alongside another Senior Manager from cradle to grave
• Responsible for programme and delivery on site
• Health & Safety
• Quality Assurance
• Procurement of Subcontractors

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

• An up & coming individual who is looking to further develop their career. Somebody who is aspirational nd driven.
• Background in Civil Engineering, degree educated desired
• Overseen large scale projects circa �100million as a project lead. Preferably RC Frame, structures experience
