Senior Property Lawyer

We are working with a district council in the West Midlands ho are looking for alocum senior property lawyer to join their growing team!

The role would require fortnightly office presence to attend team meetings in person and so local candidates are preferred.

The role:

• Full time hours
• 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
• Hyrbid attendance of once a week in the office
• Rate: �50-60ph depending on candidate experience
• Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
• Must have experience with lease extensions, acqusitions, and disposals.
