Senior Property Manager

Our client

Our client is a well-established business with locations across Scotland and Northern England. You will be joining their Property Management.

You will be providing a tailored service to clients and managing assets using a range of residential, agricultural, sporting and commercial tenancies, contract farming agreements, and other forms of contracts. The role is predominantly focused on the management of a range of traditional rural estate portfolios.

The ideal candidate

You will be a RICS accredited Surveyor. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of PQE however, candidates with the right attributes who have less experience will also be considered.

You'll already have worked within property management and lettings with customer/client facing experience.

You will be articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.
