About the role:
Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment
Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
Co-operating with the Lettings Team
Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation Gas Certs, EICRs etc.
