Senior Property Manager – Duties

\n
• Act as the key contact for a portfolio of managed units
\n
• Support and develop junior members of the department
\n
• Handle disputes and any complaints
\n
• Carry out check outs, inventories and inspection
\n
• Advise Landlords on legal requirements
\n
• Deal directly with deposit returns
\n

Senior Property Manager – Experience Needed

\n
• Two years Property Management experience is required
\n
• Takes ownership and responds to situations quickly
\n
• Able to work independently whilst also being able to lead a small team
\n
• Excellent customer service skills
\n
• Professional written and verbal communication
\n
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
