Senior Surveyor
for a leading Housing Association in Birmingham has come available in the newly formed Investment Team, reporting into the Capital Investment Manager.
Senior Surveyor
£45,000 + £1,650 Car Allowance
Birmingham (Hybrid)
Permanent
Senior Surveyor duties:
Tender and manage the external contractor on the planned maintenance streams
Oversee the delivery of planned projects across the 3,400 stock
Provide leadership and expert technical knowledge on surveying, building maintenance and investments
Work alongside an Assistant Surveyor and a Compliance Team

Senior Surveyor requirements:
Experience working with Contracts within Social Housing
Experience with Planned Works
A good understanding of report writing
Hold a degree or professional qualification in a related subject
