Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Portadown, Northern Ireland Salary: £65,000+ (DOE, including bonus/reward scheme) This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor wanting to further develop their career and progress with a forward-thinking company that prides itself in investing in people. Experience as Senior QS preferred. Experience working with M3NHF Schedule of rates. Full UK Driving License. Bachelors Degree. Job Duties include: Communicate, negotiate and procure sub-contractors & supply chain. Advising project team on contractual issues. Ensure commercial compliance of current conditions of contracts, protecting the position of the company. Upward and down chain reporting to senior management and wider project team, ensuring they are aware of the position of the contract. Pricing variations, compensation events, manage contractual notifications, programming and provide tender support. Cost & Risk control and management. Provide accurate monthly project cost and performance reporting. Preparation of monthly financial statements of anticipated Final Accounts detailing status of variations, in conjunction with project management and senior management. Assist with monthly work in progress reports with senior management. Manage budgets, equipment, contracts, all within budget.
