As the Senior Quality Engineer/ Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to quality excellence.

You will lead on all Quality control measures driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to both Quality Control standards and protocols.
\n
\n
The company has no on site direct manufacturing - all manufacturing is done abroad due to the size of the product and customer.

Key Responsibilities:

\n- \nStrategic Quality Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Quality Management System, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
\n- \nRoot Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analyses on products, implementing preventive actions, and continuously enhancing internal processes.
\n- \nStakeholder Communication: Confidently engage with customers and suppliers, addressing quality concerns promptly and professionally.
\n- \nInternal Audits: Conduct internal audits to maintain compliance and deal proactively with supplier quality issues.

Key Attributes:

\n- \nExpertise: Demonstrate expertise in ISO9001 and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring rigorous adherence to quality benchmarks.
\n- \nTechnical Knowledge: Conduct detailed inspection reports and liaise with project teams on Quality issues
\n- \nMotivation: The Senior Quality Engineer/ Quality Manager must be self-motivated as the only Quality expert in the business.

Qualifications:

\n- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management
\n- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
\n- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
