Senior QS needed for Premier Central London Projects. Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to elevate your career?
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead high-profile projects across residential, commercial, hopsitality and fit-out sectors in Central London. Be at the heart of groundbreaking developments and work with a dynamic top-tier team.

• Liaising closely with the production lead to ensure all costs and spending is managed effectively.
• Preparing cost estimates and budgets
• Planning and budgeting the development accordingly.
• Produce monthly cost reports.
• Manage all subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure the project remains profitable

Desirable candidate:

• Previous experience working on �10 mil + schemes.
• Strong residential background
• Have a degree or HND qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• 5 years + experience in construction industry
