Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Projects

Archer Recruitment is working with one of the top construction consultancies in London to recruit an experienced chartered quantity surveyor as a Senior Cost Manager. This individual will join a highly successful team of 18 surveyors, taking the lead on a number of key projects and supporting Partners with the management and development of junior colleagues. The team works with blue chip developer, investor and occupier clients in the commercial sector with long-standing and have a strong pipeline of live and upcoming projects. They work closely alongside PM colleagues on many projects, and also have a variety of other schemes in high-end hospitality, leisure and student accommodation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS with aspirations to become a future Partner of a top-performing and well-renowned business. Candidates for this position should have the following qualifications, skills, and experience: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Have a proven track record working on commercial projects of a large capital value, across both pre- and post-contract stages. Be a problem solver who will deliver for their client. Experience within a professional quantity surveying consultancy or client-side environment. MRICS is essential. The Senior Cost Manager role will pay a salary up to £75,000 with benefits including 30 days annual leave, private medical cover, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, RICS fees & more.
