Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

My client are a leading specialist fit-out company operating in the construction sector. They are renowned for serving numerous prestigious clients across the UK and Europe.

With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting schemes, they are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. You'll be working on a number of exciting fit out schemes.

As the Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you'll need to be commercially savvy with prior experience in a comparable position. Your main duties will include:

• Collaborating across departments to ensure accurate pricing and comprehensive technical and commercial details in tender submissions
• Upholding tight deadlines throughout the tender process
• Cultivating strong client relationships and networking with industry professionals to pave the way for future tender victories and client engagements
• Facilitating a smooth transition from tendering to project execution and delivery
• Ensure project costings are met
• Reviewing and agreeing variations
• Managing claims and payments
• Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
• Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows
