Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a busy client-side team in North Lincolnshire. This role requires a confident, self-sufficient professional who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision and quickly integrate into the existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied workload independently, providing full QS services across all RIBA stages (0-6).

• Work on a range of general building and construction projects, including:

  • School extensions

  • Roof replacements

  • Refurbishment and repair works

  • M&E packages (boiler replacements, rewires, access control, fire alarms, etc.)

• Cost planning from feasibility through to tender documentation (framework and non-framework).

• Tender analysis, reporting, cost monitoring, change control, and final account settlement.

About You:

• Proven experience working across the full project lifecycle in a QS role.

• Comfortable working autonomously with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Able to form strong working relationships quickly within a multidisciplinary team environment.
