Post tender contractual advise, support and escalationContract budgets and monitoring against site progressBuilding relationships with your opposite numbers working for our clientsVariation control, valuing and agreementInterim and final account build upFinal account agreement and dispute resolutionDebt management supportMonth end invoicing and application.Forecast reportingCVR reportingNon labour only subcontract management.Pricing support for division and large tender/framework pricingPrice list management and negotiation with standard suppliersSupplier procurement for high value purchasesEnforcement of CFS payment termsExperience:Experience in working as an Quantity Surveyor or Project QSExperience of Live multi occupancy sites BSc degree or HNC in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying / Construction (preferred)You must have confident communications skillsConfident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS OfficeExperience of pricing tendSalary and Benefits:25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + Paid Christmas ShutdownCompany car / allowance5% employer pension contributionJBRP1_UKTJ
