Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation and Planning:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.

- Prepare and analyze tender documents and contracts.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Contract Administration:
- Manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Handle contract variations, claims, and payments.
Cost Control and Reporting:
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Prepare cost reports and financial statements.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Develop risk management strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
