Senior Quantity Surveyor

A modern Quantity Surveying consultancy in Central London, is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of their most highly decorated QS teams who cover a myriad of high profile sport, arts, and hospitality projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Joining a construction consultancy of over 150 quantity surveyors, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside two Directors and several other Quantity Surveyor to deliver a full cost management service on UK and European based projects.

As well as working within the Cost Management team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also manage their own projects within the above sectors and/or heritage, stadia, and health sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a QUantity Surveying/ RICS accredited degree
• Preferably MRICS
• Experience of managing your own projects - incpetion to completion
• Pre and Post cost management experience
• PQS / Cost Management / Consultancy background
• Client facing
