Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is an opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist developer who convert commercial office space to hotels across central London

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to work as part of a commercial team on Cut & Carve projects across London. You will be working as the no 1 on site and on packages from procurement to final accounting. Projects are fast moving cut and carve hotel projects and you will be responsible for the commercial aspects of the projects.

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

The company are looking for a candidate who likes to work autonomously and in a fast paced environment. Ideally with experience on Fit Out packages as you will be responsible for packages from procurement managing the full downstream process and responsible for interval reporting. The ideal candidate is someone who is a motivated and keen to join a business where you can work autonomously and self motivated, flexible and would like to join a business with not a lot of red tape. You will ideally has the following:

• Degree in a construction related subject
• Minimum of 8 years experience with another contractor or developer
• JCT D&B contract knowledge
• Competent with Excel

The company:

The company are hotel developer who have recently acquired 5 new sites, with 20 live projects across London at this time. Projects are all Cut & Carve with high spec fit outs with units ranging from 40 - 500. The office is based central London with most sites within walking distance of the office however you will be predominately site based. The company and in a secure financial position, and will continue to grow in the UK market.
