We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is a regional main contractor who undertakes projects across the commercial, education, heath care and infrastructure sectors, with projects ranging in value up to 75mil. Projects are administered via JCT and NEC forms of contract and many are procured via national / local frameworks. They have regional offices across the South West and have become increasingly busy in the region in the last few years. They're now looking to bring an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor into the Build team to undertake an upcoming scheme in Yeovil which is currently in pre-construction. You will be responsible for the project from pre-construction through to completion and wil go on to run one of the many other projects in the region. You will report into the Area Commercial Manager and will have an Assistant QS reporting into you. In return, they're offering a salary of up to 75k + Package and the opportunity to join a business with a growing pipeline of work in the region.
