Senior Quantity Surveyor

A small, close-knit Independent Project & Building Consultancy is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their new office in Leeds.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small team of 7 Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Building Surveyors, working collaboratively on an array of projects including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Commercial, Office, and Industrial sectors. You will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

This role is ideal for an independent Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives on autonomy and is looking to escape the bureaucracy and red tape of larger corporations.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally MSc or BSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
• MRICS is highly desirable but not crucial
• A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
