The ideal candidate would have an established background in a Quantity Surveying role within the residential house building sector, at an intermediate or senior level.

They should also have good skills and knowledge in COINS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Main tasks of the role:

• Prepare subcontractor tender lists and enquiries from drawings and specifications.


• Evaluate and negotiate tender returns, and co-ordinate and manage pre-order meetings.


• Place orders using Coins software system.


• Process valuations and payments.


• Assess and process variations and customer extras.


• Manage utility applications, orders and payments.


• Resolve subcontractor and/or payment disputes.


• Attend sites and assist with day-to-day subcontract requirements.


• Prepare budgets and report on cost variances.
