Senior Quantity Surveyor for Fit out and refurbishment Main Contractor

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

A specialist Main Contractor is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is career minded, experienced at commercially leading their own projects up to �20m and looking for progression in order to excel in their career. You will be required to work on projects from PCSA and 2 stage tender. You will be responsible for managing packages, clients, CVRS, mentoring junior members of the team and managing the commercial process.

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor

The company are looking for a candidate with ideally 2 years experience with another Main contractor. Someone who is motivated and keen to join a business with excellent training and progression on offer and where you can learn from experienced staff and who ideally have the following:

• Degree in a construction related subject
• Minimum of 7 years experience
• Ability to work independently
• Driven, dynamic, decisive and ambitious
• Ideally 2-stage tender experience

This Main contractor have been established over 60 years and are well established in the fit out and refurbishment space, with projects in commercial, education, health care and leisure. With average project values from �5m-�20m including CAT A and CAT B refurbishments. With sustainability in mind, they focus on the supply chain and projects to work at Net Zero with 90% of projects across London boroughs.
