About the Senior Quantity Surveyor role

Due to securing a really exciting pipeline of projects this leading main contractor are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial division to work on projects across the West Midlands.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who is maybe looking for that next step in their career, or an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is after a new challenge. Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor role

• Commercial management of a projects circa �15m in value
• Cost reporting
• Procurement of sub contract packages
• Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedure.
• Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor role

• Experience working for a main contractor on civils or construction projects
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
• Experience with NEC / JCT projects
• Degree in Quantity Surveying is preferred but not essential
• UK Driving License.

What we offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor role

Salary: �55,000 - �65,000 DOE
