Senior Quantity Surveyor

A prestigious Construction Consultancy with a multi disciplinary offering, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to start sooner rather than later, as they add to their London office near Buckingham Palace.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Director in London is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can work under their own initiative and deliver projects from inception to completion.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an important role on a 900 unit estate regeneration, 2x 50 unit schemes, a new school project, and some infrastructure.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a RICS accredited degree, preferably in Quantity Surveying
• A proven track record of managing your own projects
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Residential project experience would be preferable
• Any experience of acting as an EA is also a bonus
• PQS / Construction Consultancy background is a must
