Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing multiple projects in the housing association sector, including high-rise flats, housing schemes up to 100 units, and new build care homes. The successful candidate will oversee between 4 to 8 developments simultaneously, ensuring high standards of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple developments, ranging from high-rise flats to housing schemes and new build care homes.
- Provide expert quantity surveying and employer’s agent services from project inception through to completion.
- Conduct regular site visits across East Anglia to ensure project milestones are met and maintained.
- Collaborate with directors and project teams to deliver exceptional results for leading care operators, housing associations, local authorities, and private development companies.
- Utilise strong knowledge of Section 106 agreements and demonstrate a proven track record in housing association projects.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused services.
Requirements
- A degree in Surveying is essential.
- Ideally working towards MRICS with a consistent and strong career history.
- Extensive experience with housing association projects is crucial.
- Strong knowledge of Section 106 agreements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
