Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading M&E, engineering, and telecommunications contractor operating throughout the UK. They operate in sectors including retail, commercial, leisure, healthcare, the public sector, energy, and telecoms.

They are recruiting for a Senior QS to join their business and work on a �20m new build project which involves a 6 storey extension. Experience in projects under NEC 3 and or 4 Agreements is desired.

As the Senior QS, your role will involve:

• Ccost control and value management strategies.
• Conthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
• Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
• Manage cash flow.
• Manage subcontractor payments.
• Provide guidance on contractual issues.
• Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
