Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are working with an existing client who are an award winning contractor who are�looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London.

The Idea candidate would come from a new build�/ Design and Build background within Accommodation, Education and�Local Authorities.��

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will

• Aid, Implement and oversee the project costs -�financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth objectives are achieved.


• Commercial and supply chain activities and performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget,�cost and reported accurately. Making sure�project specific strategies are in pro-actively managed.


• Support the Commercial Sector Lead


• Support�negotiations of sector commercial agreements and contracts with clients and suppliers.


• Undertake line management responsibilities - setting and managing standards and performance and ensuring effective communication.
