Job Title: Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: Central and East London Package: £85,000 - £95,000 plus car allowance, travel and bonus Skilled Careers are working with a leading Tier One Contractor who specialise in a variety of different sectors and are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive New Build Education experience to join the team.As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing multiple Education projects and looking after multiple. You will be joining a company where some of the Commercial staff work.Responsibilities Projects you will look after to start with include two Education Projects valued up to £18m with one being best in East London and the other in West London. Managing applications for payment from sub contractors Preparation of applications for payment to clients. Monitoring and measuring actual expenditure against budgeted project expenditure in the form of CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation Reports) Lead on the management of claims and disputes to achieve suitable resolutionWhat is in it for you? £85,000 - £95,000 per annum.
