Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) is responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Our client seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money while ensuring that the project meets all legal and quality assurance requirements. This role involves providing support and mentorship to junior surveyors and working closely with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related role, with significant experience in a senior or supervisory position.
