Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 - Major Projects
This leading tier 1 has an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Major Projects sector.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will have been involved in projects over £50m in value and from the tender stage through to completion and agreeing the final account. You will be experienced with working with the client on projects and monthly reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
As a proven, experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have worked within the building sector for over 10yrs. You may have a wide project portfolio consisting of commercial office builds, healthcare, schools and large contracting residential projects. Civil engineering and rail experience is not required on this role and is not compatible.
The project you will be the Senior Quantity Surveyor, is a £65m cut and carve refurbishment in the West End of London, near to Piccadilly & Leicester square.
It is essential to have worked with a top 10 major contractor. You will have specific knowledge in the major refurbishment sector and of running logistically challenging projects.
