Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years experience in construction.�

Working for a main contractor who specialise in refurbishments & new build projects in education, healthcare, industrial and secure environments, they have a growing portfolio of projects from �3m - �15m in value.�
Preference for degree / HND level qualification.�

The role will include estimating and preconstruction as well as overseeing cost value reconcillation on live projects. The role will be based between head office, sites and remote / hybrid.�
