Immediate opportunity�for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading substation project near Norwich.

Our client is growing name in civil projects in the UK so this is a great opportunity to join as they scale-up. �This project is a civil and earthworks package totalling �25M working on a substation which will link up to the Hornsea windfarm.
Main responsibilities are;

• Understand the contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change.


• Liaise with the client, client representatives and other 3rd parties on commercial issues, including the agreement of additional monies.


• Subcontract procurement and management�


• Assist with claims management


• Cost management for project/section of works


• Value management for project/section of works


• Change management for project/section of works


• Risk and opportunity management for project/section of works

You will need to have minimum 5 years experience of NEC contracts (Option B preferably).
