Senior Quantity Surveyor

A long standing construction consultancy that has secured a large scale, refurbishment of an existing office block, as well as a new business park on a listed landscape, requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on it.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based on site (the client's office), working alongside a Partner in delivering the work.
Alongside this scheme, the Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also work on other London based, high end housing and private school projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree/or similar
Driving licence - able to commute to Maple Cross
Office project experience would be a plus
A track record of delivering projects independently
Pre and post cost management experience
UK consultancy / cost management experience

£65,000 - £70,000
