Senior Quantity Surveyor - West London

We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on schemes in West London.

Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to �100million+.

Job role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: �75,000 - �85,000 + package (DOE)

Duration: Permanent

Location: West London

Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc
• Undertake cost analysis
• Arrange payments and value completed works

Senior Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience working for a Subcontractor
• Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative
• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role
• Planned maintenance experience
• Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness
