Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Surrey-based Quantity Surveying consultancy with a proven track record of offering its team equity in the business is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor whose long-term career goal is to become an Equity Partner.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role as a mentor and support system for less experienced Quantity Surveyors, whislt also bridging the gap between the Partners and other Quantity Surveyors.

Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor shall run projects within the top-end residential, education, and conservation sectors, valuing up to �15m/�20m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
• Experience within a UK Cost Consultancy / Cost Management practice
• A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
• Car and driving licence
• Professional, well spoken, able to commute to the Surrey office
• Good management and people skills
