Senior Quantity Surveyor

A reputable and rapidly expanding Construction & Property Consultancy is looking for a self-sufficient Senior Quantity Surveyor with client-facing experience to join their expanding Manchester branch.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of an expanding QS team of eight, joining a new office with thirteen employees. You will oversee projects from start to finish in this practical position, and you may even have the opportunity to coach younger team members.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take on an exciting variety of diverse and stimulating projects, ranging from commercial developments and private residential projects to student accommodation, education (universities & colleges), blue light services, and heritage & conservation.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to step up into a Senior QS position, or for an experienced Senior QS seeking greater project variety and long-term growth opportunities. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Strong QS background within a UK Consultancy
• Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
• MRICS or currently working towards & in need of a final push
• The desire to have a varied workload sector wise
