A dynamic, employee-owned construction consultancy are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Manchester team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

Due to continued success, this particular consultancy are looking to enhance their Manchester team with a driven, career-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor.

In this role, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead a variety of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, residential, education, hotel, leisure, healthcare and retail.

Working on these projects from inception through to completion, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be required to provide key cost management services such as cost planning, benchmarking, value & risk management, and contract & procurement advice.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a self-motivated and driven individual, with previous consultancy experience.

• MRICS qualification is preferred
• Varied sector experience, ideally
• Both pre & post contract experience is highly beneficial
• Business development driven
