Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading construction group operating across a wide range of sectors including student accommodation, build-to-rent, residential, and commercial.

They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on a �14m extra care project in North Yorkshire.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include:

• Produce accurate monthly valuations on time
• Access, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptly
• Manage workforce and client for the project
• Achieve best cashflow and variance analysis
• Produce Monthly CVR's
• Report on opportunities, risk, and performance of the project
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs.
• Conduct site visits for accurate estimating.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers
