Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity to join a Global Civil Engineering contractor with a UK turnover more than �50million. Abatec is working with an industry leader in delivering major infrastructure project in North Wales, in the recruitment of a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Have worked for Tier One contractors on civil engineering projects.


• Record, monitor and review the financial performance of the contract, reporting into senior management.


• Procure subcontractors and manage their accounts.


• Prepare and agree interim valuations.


• Manage final accounts.

Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with:

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar


• Experience of working for a tier one Civil Engineering contractor.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Experience of commercially delivering multi-million-pound schemes.


• A thorough understanding of NEC form of contracts.

Salary and benefits include:

• �55,000 - �65,000 per annum


• �14k Accommodation Subsistence


• Match up to 8% pension


• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
