Senior Quantity Surveyor

Bennett and Game are pleased to be representing a well-established and growing quantity surveying and project management consultancy based in Winchester, who are currently seeking a senior quantity surveyor to join them. Our client is paying up to �70k plus an extremely attractive package. You will be working on bespoke, high end prime residential, country homes and some interesting projects for high-net-worth clients. This position also offers hybrid working and the opportunity to join a growing business at their head office in Winchester.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements

• Ideally MRICS
• Experienced in JCT contract formation and administration
• Experienced in valuation
• Experienced in final account negotiation
• Experienced in estimation and cost planning
• Past PQS experience extremely beneficial

• Salary: �55,000 - �70,000 possible more for the right candidate
