Senior Quantity Surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere�are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to commence a new role in Bristol.
Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.�

An example of their current projects are as follows:�

• New Build Hotel - Exeter�


• New Build Student Accommodation - Bristol / Bath (multiple)�


• New Build Care Home - Bristol�


• Cladding - Bristol (multiple)

My client are looking for a candidate with a�good main contractor background, ideally within�sectors like the ones mentioned above. Previous experience running the Commercial elements of projects and managing Commercial site teams would be needed.�

Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.�
