Due to a newly created position within their established Utilities team, Moxie People are partnering with a leading private consultancy to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their utilities projects in the Exeter area.

Purpose of the Role:

• Bring cost management expertise to major utilities contracts within the Exeter region.
• Enhance service delivery capabilities while promoting skill capture, sharing, and improvement.
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards are upheld.
• Communicate project strategies, briefs, and client requirements effectively.
• Drive service delivery, achieving technical and commercial outcomes.

About You:

• Degree qualified and MRICS or MAPM qualified (or working towards chartered status).
• Essential experience in managing projects under NEC3 contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in client-facing environments.
