About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Provide commercial leadership and guidance on projects to ensure cost-effective delivery within budget.


• Prepare and analyse cost reports, offering regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.


• Implement cost control and value management strategies.


• Prepare monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements.


• Oversee the commercial aspects of projects.


• Manage cash flow effectively.


• Handle subcontractor payments.


• Offer expertise on contractual issues.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to �63k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.

About the requirements:

• Degree preferred.


• Wide experience in the discipline within the house building industry.


• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.


• Experience of COINS is preferred.


• Current CSCS card or equivalent is desirable
