St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our high performing Commercial team, and work on our flagship development in Longbridge. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• 
  

  Manage commercial performance to achieve our commercial strategy and objectives across the project 

  
  

• 
  

  Manage all commercial, legal, financial and administrative responsibilities with suppliers and contractors across the project effectively 

  
  

• 
  

  Work collaboratively with Project/Site Managers, Technical Managers and Sales Consultants 

  
  

• 
  

  Fully understand and manage cost allowances across the Project, and ensure cost management against the same 

  
  

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 
  

  Demonstrable significant experience in a similar Senior Quantity Surveyor role, preferably with a Contractor or Housebuilder that includes high-rise development

  
  


• 
  

  A track record in delivering excellent commercial results over a Project 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong commercial and technical skills 

  
  

• 
  

  Full valid Driving Licence
