Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tier 1)UK Construction Regional Office - Norwich Full Time, Permanent The Role:As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work on tendering activities and new projects in the pipeline, with the view to leading commercial activities on a project in the region. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the pipeline of projects and would suit an experienced Senior Surveyor who has a track record of leading commercial activities on projects from 5m - 30m. Duties:Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project deliveryWorking alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectorsManaging the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreementBeing involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcomeManage the project commercial team What are they looking for?
